News: January 1, 2016

On January 15th and 16th the Royal BC Museum in Victoria, BC, will present Music for Natural History, a naturalistic sound composition by Paul Walde and Tina Pearson. The piece will be performed live by an ensemble of 16 vocalists, sound artists and instrumentalists- there are no prerecorded or electronic sounds used. This is the debut of the reworked version of the piece which was first presented in 2012. This project is a collaboration with LaSaM Music and the Royal BC Museum and is supported by a grant from the Canada Council for the Arts/ le Conseil des Arts du Canada.
