Permafrost Turbo Version:A series of works for people on the go, based on the proposed large scale work Permafrost. Picnic coolers, car coolers, individual desktop beverage coolers and other recreational cooling devices are combined with small scale consumer quality solar cells and battery packs in order to save the arctic’s permafrost—one small piece at a time.
